Paula Pagano has extensive experience in legal administration and governance, currently serving as Senior Manager of Legal Administration & Governance at TD since June 2005. In this role, Paula oversees the operations of the TDBNA Legal Department, acting as the Risk Officer and supporting key legal initiatives. Previous positions at TD include Business Management Specialist/VP, where Paula managed business operations and implemented governance strategies, and Sr. Paralegal/AVP, focusing on litigation management and eDiscovery. Paula's career also includes roles at South Jersey Techies LLC and Parker McCay, along with foundational experience at Maksin Management Corp. Paula holds a Paralegal Certification from the Cittone Institute, completed between 1993 and 1995.
