Ada Huang, SPHR, is an accomplished senior HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and strategic HR partnerships. Currently serving as SVP and Head of HR Coverage at TCW since April 2014, Ada has played a pivotal role in establishing the company's HR advisory function and driving initiatives to enhance talent management and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to TCW, Ada worked at Wescom Credit Union as a Recruitment Supervisor and HR Generalist, and held various HR roles at Indymac Bank, CTBC Bank Corp. (USA), and Nestlé Waters. Ada holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
