Shahaz Abdul Razak, PMP®, has over a decade of experience in the telecommunications and IoT sectors. Since January 2012, Shahaz has held various positions at TCT, including Sr. Manager of IoT & Telco, Project Manager for IoT & Smart City solutions, Service Delivery Manager, and Assistant Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Team Leader at IBM Global Business Process Services from April 2010 to September 2012 and as a Customer Service Specialist at Bharti Airtel from August 2007 to March 2010. Shahaz holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Madurai Kamaraj University.
