Sudeep Kunnumal is an accomplished human resources professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance at Tata Consultancy Services since September 2000, Sudeep has held multiple key positions including Director of HR for Asia Pacific, Head of Talent Acquisition in India, and Head of Human Resources for Europe, among others. Prior to joining Tata Consultancy Services, Sudeep was the Head of Human Resources at Petro Araldite Pvt. Ltd. and worked as a Senior Personnel Officer at Indo Matsushita Appliances Company Limited. Sudeep holds a Master of Social Work in Personnel Management from Madurai Kamaraj University and completed education at Kendriya Vidyalaya with a focus on Science and Mathematics.
