Raja Chandrashekar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and transformation across various sectors, particularly in life sciences and healthcare. Currently serving as the Global Head of the Strategy & Transformation Group at Tata Consultancy Services since June 2011, Raja leads the consulting team focused on driving growth and transformation for major clients by integrating digital and innovative solutions. Previous roles include Global Managing Partner for Life Sciences and Healthcare at TCS, and key leadership positions at JDA Software and i2 Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, consulting, and solution development in Hitech and manufacturing industries. Raja holds an MBA in General Management from Columbia Business School, a Master’s in Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University.
