Murali Kondur has extensive experience in IT services, currently serving as the Digital Service Desk Practice Head and Delivery Head at Tata Consultancy Services since April 2017. Prior to this role, Murali spent over 15 years at Dell, where titles included Senior Manager TAC for Network Security, Site Lead for IT Service Desk, and Program Manager for IT Service Desk. Earlier career experience includes working as a Technical Analyst at Sify. Murali holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bangalore University and a Master of Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
