Dhanasekaran Gopal has extensive experience in product ownership and retail consulting, currently serving as Head of Products and Portfolio Product Owner at Tata Consultancy Services since February 2019. Previously, from January 2003 to January 2019, Dhanasekaran held roles as Product Owner and Retail Functional Consultant, focusing on optimization products for merchandising and supply chain to assist global retailers in achieving business objectives. Dhanasekaran's earlier experience as a Business Analyst included strategic consulting for major pharmacy retailers and implementing retail solutions for small and medium businesses in a SaaS model. Dhanasekaran earned a Master of Computer Applications in Computer Science from Bharathiar University.
