Bhuvana Kannaiyan is an experienced professional with a strong background in business processes and technical support. Currently serving as a Business Process Lead at Tata Consultancy Services since November 2021, Bhuvana has been with Digital Nirvana, Inc. as a Workforce Assistant since January 2017. Prior to these roles, Bhuvana worked as a Technical Support Engineer at CSS Corp from April 2016 to January 2017. Bhuvana holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from PPG Institute of Technology, completed in 2016.
