Kara Werth possesses extensive experience in the travel and operations sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Jet Operations and Senior Director of Guest Experience at TCS World Travel since May 2010. In this role, Kara leads multiple Guest Experience departments, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency. Previously, Kara held the position of Director of Operations at Starquest Expeditions, contributing to the merger that created TCS & Starquest Expeditions in 2009, and has worked in various capacities at TCS Expeditions, including Operations Program Manager and Guest Services Manager. Kara began a career in the travel industry with positions at Semester At Sea and World Explorer Cruises. Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Recreation, Travel & Tourism and Sociology from Western Washington University.
