Karen Capen serves as the Survey Research Manager and Analyst at TCS Education System since March 2019 and has been the Senior Survey Research Director and Project Manager at Survey Research Design and Implementation since July 2005. Throughout their career, Karen has focused on applied survey research to provide strategic planning insights through scientifically valid attitude measurement. Previous roles include managing market and customer experience research at Chamberlain Group, contributing to strategic planning at the American Academy of Dermatology, and serving as a Research Associate at Northern Illinois University Public Opinion Laboratory. Karen holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree with Honors in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
