Adnan Ur Rehman Khan currently serves as Head of HR Rewards, Operations, Learning & OD at TCS Private Limited since August 2023. Prior to this role, Adnan held several key positions at Habib Metropolitan Bank, including Head of HR Projects & Communication and Head of HR Operations from April 2020 to August 2023. Adnan's experience at TCS Private Limited also includes a role as Head of Compensation, Rewards & HR Operations from August 2019 to January 2020. Adnan's extensive career at HBL - Habib Bank Limited spanned from November 2007 to August 2019, where various roles included Deputy General Manager of Employee Placements and Senior Manager of HR Operations. Earlier professional experience includes a Senior Manager position in Human Resources at JS Investments Ltd. and an Assistant to Chairpersons role at IBA, Karachi. Adnan holds a Master of Public Administration in Human Resource Management from Karachi University and an MS in Management Sciences with a focus on Human Resource Management from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology.
