Ishak Abdul Rahman has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as a SHELL IG DSE Resident IT Support at TCS since August 2018. Prior to this role, Ishak held the position of On Site Critical & Executive Support Engineer at DXC Technology from April 2015 to July 2018, where responsibilities included establishing objectives and processes for supporting executives and coordinating with support teams for problem resolution. Earlier in Ishak's career, from July 2007 to March 2015, engagement as Shell Critical & Executive IT Support was held at HP. Ishak graduated from East Payoh Secondary School, completing studies between 1976 and 1980.
