Brooke Deshler, MPT, has worked as an outpatient Physical Therapist since 2003. She has worked in outpatient orthopedics with a variety of operative and non-operative patients, emphasizing hip, foot and ankle rehabilitation and running analysis. Brooke spent over seven years working closely with well-respected and nationally renowned sports and orthopedic physicians in the Chicago area. Brooke values a holistic approach to rehabilitation and strives to provide her patients the instruction and tools to improve their individual outcomes, including the practice of dry needling, while honoring their unique perspectives and pace of recovery. She takes the time to develop patient-specific care plans and utilizes a mix of manual therapy and state-of-the-art equipment to optimize patients goals, whether that is a return to their sport, the next marathon, or simply taking a walk. Brooke lives in Maple Grove with her husband and two sons. Her boys keep the family busy with hockey, tennis, and golf. Brooke enjoys spending her free time running, gardening, golfing, and traveling with her family on their next adventure.
