Stephen Hertel is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in managing support for both US and international contracts at TCOM since February 2010. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Naval Academy Sailing at the US Naval Academy, where leadership was provided for one of the largest programs, enhancing professional skills for over 1,700 midshipmen annually. Stephen also held the position of Director of Plans & Policy for the Iceland Defense Force, leading project teams to optimize military force deployment. Earlier roles include Project Manager at HSL-44, where oversight was given to teams deploying with Seahawk helicopters. Stephen's education includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, and advanced military education in joint operations planning and strategy from USAF Air Command and Staff College and Joint Forces Staff College.
