Balaganesh Jagadeesan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Balaganesh is currently working as a Technical Director - Product Engineering at TCN, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Product Engineering Director - Cross Border Payments at Volante Technologies from April 2021 to May 2022.

Before their role at Volante Technologies, Balaganesh was the Delivery Director - Digital Enterprise Solutions at JMR Infotech from July 2019 to April 2021. Balaganesh also served as the Chief Information Officer at TRANSTRAC TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED from July 2017 to June 2019.

Balaganesh gained experience at Intellect Design Arena Ltd as a Program Manager and Product Solution Architect from August 2015 to September 2017. Prior to that, they held the positions of Director of Product Engineering at Varmuk Tech Solutions Private Limited from December 2011 to August 2015 and Founder and Director - Sales and Operations at the same company from October 2009 to November 2011.

Balaganesh also served as the General Manager - India at Userful from December 2011 to March 2013. Balaganesh's earlier work experience includes being the Head - Center of Excellence for Identity Management at AIG Systems Solutions (Now known as Mphasis Finsolutions) from March 2007 to October 2009, and as a Sr. Project Manager and Data Architect at i-flex solutions ltd (now Oracle Financials) from June 2005 to March 2007.

Balaganesh began their career as a Project Manager at Scandent Solutions (Earlier called as SSi Technologies, Now known as DXC Technologies) in April 2000 and worked there until June 2005. Overall, Balaganesh Jagadeesan has demonstrated leadership and expertise in multiple technology roles throughout their career.

Balaganesh Jagadeesan completed their MBA in Human Resources from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued an unspecified degree in Information Technology from NICE, Chennai, from 1989 to 1991. Before that, they obtained a B.Com degree in Commerce and Finance from Madras University from 1988 to 1991. Additionally, they completed their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Commerce from RKM (Main) and Ramakrishna Mission in 1986.
