Mitchell Jarrett has extensive work experience in the fields of agile project management, user experience (UX) design, and product strategy. Mitchell has worked with various government agencies and organizations, taking on roles such as Agile Project Manager & Director of UX, Senior Product Strategist, Product Development Lead, and Product Manager.

At TCG, Mitchell served as an Agile Project Manager & Director of UX for the Federal Election Commission. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Strategist for the Defense Health Agency and the Veterans Affairs, Office of Construction and Facilities Management. Mitchell also served as a Product Development Lead for MAX.gov, Office of Management and Budget, where they led a team and facilitated requirement gathering sessions.
