Matthew Jansen, P.E. is a Senior Project Engineer at TCE since October 2022, specializing in design-build services for communication-based train control projects for NYCT/MTA. Previously, Matthew held the same title at Five Star Electric Corp., managing critical projects such as the Culver Line CBTC System Overlay and Times Square Shuttle Rehabilitation. Earlier experience includes roles as Engineer II and Engineer I at TCE, contributing to various signal system modernizations and tunnel rehabilitations for NYCT/MTA. Matthew also served as Project Engineer at Northcoast Civil and interned with Skanska and Broadridge, gaining hands-on experience at major infrastructure projects such as the World Trade Center Transportation Hub. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
