Brian Gatza has been in the industry since 1978, when they began as Materials Manager at Aeroquip Corporation. In 1985, they joined TCE Company, Inc as President, where they have been delivering industry-leading solutions ever since. At TCE, they have been responsible for providing networking, integrated data and voice services to many leading organizations across the United States, as well as a provider of extensive telecommunications network solutions. TCE is a private company with a healthy balance sheet, secure assets and a loyal customer base.

Brian Gatza attended Illinois State University, where they majored in Economics and minored in Computer Science.
