Sydney Ermis is an experienced project manager currently working at TBWA\Health Collective and TBWA\WORLDHEALTH, overseeing project scopes, goals, and timelines while managing end-to-end execution of various marketing tactics. Prior to these roles, Sydney served as Associate Events Director and Cycling Events Manager at the Challenged Athletes Foundation, where responsibilities included event planning, budget management, and coordination with city governments for large-scale events. Sydney's background also features significant experience in fundraising and event execution at San Diego State University, where more than $5 million was raised annually for athletics. Additional roles include game operations assistance for the San Diego Chargers, meeting and events coordination at Washington State University, and customer service positions in hospitality. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Administration/Management from Washington State University and attended Apicius Culinary Institute.
