Loïc Mercier

Chief Strategy Officer at TBWA Paris

Loïc Mercier has extensive work experience in the advertising and communications industry. Loïc began their career at D'Arcy in 1999 as an Account Planner, where they led the strategic direction for various local brands. Loïc then worked as a Copywriter at Leo Burnett from 2003 to 2005, followed by a freelance role as an Account Planner. In 2006, Mercier joined Ogilvy & Mather as a Senior Account Planner until 2011. Loïc then became the Head of Strategy at Proximity BBDO Paris from 2011 to 2014. As the Chief Strategy Officer of the BBDO Paris Group from 2014 to 2020, Mercier managed and coordinated the brand planning, audience planning, and channel planning for the group's three agencies. In 2020, they joined TBWA Paris as the Chief Strategy Officer and later moved to OPEn in 2021, still in the same role.

Loïc Mercier pursued their education in Marketing & Communication from 1996 to 1998 at Sup de Pub, where they completed a Master's degree.
