Marco F. Bellusci began their work experience in 2014 as a Stagiair (web)redactie at VRT. Marco F. then worked as a Contributor/journalist for Thrashlife Magazine from April 2014 to September 2014. In 2015, they organized and managed The Copa Mosa Challenge, a unique Brazilian jiujitsu tournament. Later that year, they joined VRT again as a Programmaredacteur, Webredacteur, Journalist, and Researcher - journalist for various projects. In 2016, they worked as a Journalist/Reporter at Flanders Investment & Trade (FIT) and also became a Programmaredacteur at VRT. In 2019, they became a Redacteur talkshow at VRT NWS, and in 2020, they joined TBWA\Belgium as a Content Creative.

Marco F. Bellusci completed their Master's degree in Journalism from Belgium Jobs, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English and American Literature and Culture studies from Universidad de Málaga in 2012. Before their time at Universidad de Málaga, Marco obtained another Bachelor's degree in English and History from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, graduating in 2012. Marco also attended kta lanaken, where they studied Economie - Talen, but the start and end years of their education at this institution are unknown.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Marco has obtained several certifications, including "Marketing Tools: Social Media," "Storytelling for Advertising Campaigns," "Creativity Bootcamp," and "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent one acquired in December 2019.
