Caleb Gholston has had a diverse work experience in the surveying field. Caleb started their career in 2013 with Audubon Companies as an Instrument Man and worked there for two years. In 2015, they joined Shafer, Kline & Warren as an Instrument Man. Caleb then moved to Audubon Companies again in 2016, where they took on the role of Survey Party Chief. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at SAM Companies as a Survey Party Chief and Data Tech. In 2019, they joined Golden Field Services, Inc. as a Data Technician, and in 2020, they moved to LW Survey Company, also as a Data Technician. Currently, since October 2021, they are working at T. Baker Smith as a Survey Party Chief.

Caleb Gholston attended Willis High School from 2002 to 2006, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study.
