Sridhar Hariharan has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sridhar started their career at HCL Enterprise as the Head of Finance and Accounting for Far East Computers Pte. Ltd. After that, they worked at Illinois State University as a University Lecturer. Sridhar then joined Sara Lee, where they held a role in Finance and Accounting. Following this, they worked at Kraft Foods, where they held various accounting systems and financial roles. Sridhar later worked at Sylvania Lighting as a Consolidations and Reporting Consultant. Sridhar then joined Terex Corporation as the Divisional Financial Controller. After that, they worked at Quench USA, Inc. as a CFO Advisory Services. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Guardian Navigation.

Sridhar Hariharan has a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Illinois State University. Sridhar also holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the same institution. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, Sridhar has certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA and as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
