AJ Segundo has worked in the IT industry since 2007. AJ started as an IT Servicedesk Analyst at TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. where they provided Level 1 & Level 2 support to corporate employees, VPN & remote users, clients, contractors and customers. AJ also logged, monitored, triaged and managed incidents using an incident tracking software, as well as created and maintained user profiles, network accounts and credentials. In 2018, AJ Segundo moved to CGI as a Senior Service Desk Analyst, and in 2020 they joined Technology Business Solutions LLC as an Information Technology Support Engineer.

AJ Segundo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Systems Technology Institute.
