Alex S. has over 15 years of experience in operations and risk management within the factoring and telecommunications industries. Since July 2018, Alex S. has held various leadership roles at TBS Factoring Service, LLC, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Operations, after serving as Director of Payment Resolutions and Manager of Payment Resolutions, among others. Prior to that, Alex S. worked as a Retention Specialist at Cox Communications for a brief period and spent more than a decade at Account Management Resources, LLC, where responsibilities included Recovery Manager. Alex S. attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University from 1999 to 2001.
