Amy Harkus has extensive experience in IT support and analysis, currently serving as a 3rd Line Support Analyst at T Brown Group since September 2013. Previously, Amy worked as an IT Support Engineer at Extech for a brief period in early 2013, and as a Service Desk Analyst Tier 2 at Acora from June 2012 to February 2013. Amy also held the position of Systems Analyst & Help Desk Supervisor at Artifax Software from August 2010 to May 2012, and started the career as a Customer Service Assistant at Deith Group between December 2004 and July 2010. Educationally, Amy attended East Surrey College and The Ashcombe School, completing GCSE qualifications.
