Yana Rabinovich has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Yana began their career in 2007 as a Front Desk Receptionist at Fattal Hotels, where they managed check-in/check-out procedures, handled billing, and resolved customer inquiries and complaints. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at The Third Eye, where they handled sales, customer service, and supply chain management. Yana then transitioned to operations management as an Operations Manager at Gilboa Guest House - Benharim from 2014 to 2015. Yana was responsible for coordinating hotel operations, handling reservations, and providing tourist guidance. Yana's expertise in online marketing and customer service led their to become the Head of Online Marketing at Ticketim from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they curated marketing campaigns, monitored customer purchases, and managed customer support. From 2017 to 2020, Yana worked as an Operations and Customer Support Representative at Go Global Travel, where they facilitated communication between travel agencies and travel brands, resolved client issues, and collaborated with hotels and airlines. Their next role was as a Customer Service Executive at World Courier from 2021 to 2022, where they engaged in personal communication with customers, maintained relationships with clients, and ensured shipments and customs requirements were met. Currently, Yana is employed at TBO Holidays as an Operations and Customer Support Representative, starting in 2022.

Yana Rabinovich completed their high school education at Israel Nautical College Kziney Yam Akko from 2001 to 2005. Yana then pursued a brief period of study in Graphic Design at Tiltan - School of Design and Visual Communication in 2011.
