William Earles has extensive experience in the millwork and construction sectors, currently serving as MM III at the City of Houston's Aviation and Security division since July 2020. Prior to this role, William played a key role as MM III and Cabinet Shop Leader at the City of Houston's General Services Division from September 2014 to July 2020, where responsibilities included designing and fabricating millwork for various city departments. William has also contributed as a Regional Volunteer Trainer for Texas Baptist Men since 2008, providing orientation and disaster relief training. Earlier roles include working as an Estimator at Phoenix Millwork, LLC from November 2011 to January 2014, and at WW Cabinets, Inc as an Administrator and Millwork Estimator from March 1997 to October 2011. As a Partner at Earles & Sons from 1973 to 1995, William managed outside sales efforts. Academic background includes attending the University of Houston with a focus on Engineering and graduating from Pearland High School.
