Nasreen Dosani is a Quality Engineer at HCL Technologies since September 2022. Previously, Nasreen has extensive experience in customer service, particularly as a Customer Service Representative at TBM Service Group since May 2019, where responsibilities included communicating TTC policies, maintaining knowledge of transit systems, and resolving passenger inquiries. Other roles include Technical Support Consultant at Rogers Communications, Financial Service Representative at Gatestone & Co., and Web Development Intern at image software, where skills in ASP.NET, Visual C#, and SQL Server were developed. Nasreen holds a Post Graduate degree in Computer Systems Technology - Networking from Centennial College and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Parul Institute of Engineering and Technology.
