Spencer Morgan, MBA, currently serves as an Analyst at TBM Consulting Group since April 2023, focusing on due diligence and site diagnostic support, as well as business development initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Vice President at EMA Division of Cantor Fitzgerald, where responsibilities involved portfolio management, client consultation, and investment analysis. Spencer also briefly worked as an MBA Consultant for Nike, analyzing customer behavior data, in addition to internships at The Upper Deck Company and Efficient Market Advisors, LLC, where contributions included athlete relations management and portfolio analysis. Academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Gonzaga University, with a concentration in Finance and minor in Sports Management.
