Judith Owens MBE serves as the CEO of Titanic Belfast since November 2011, overseeing the award-winning attraction recognized as the World’s Leading Tourist Attraction. In this role, Judith ensures Titanic Belfast remains a premier destination for leisure and business tourism in Northern Ireland. Prior to this, Judith held the position of Director of Operations at Titanic Belfast, managing all front-of-house operations since the attraction's pre-opening in 2012. Judith is also the CEO of TBL International Ltd. since May 2016, focused on delivering exceptional visitor experiences across tourism and events sectors. Earlier career experience includes serving as Head of Operations and House Manager at Belfast Waterfront from February 1997 to October 2011. Educational background includes attendance at Sullivan Upper School.
