Igor Chalfoun has been working in the industry since 1999. Igor began as a Freelancer Developer for Software Development in 1999. In 2002, they took on the role of Scholarship Research in a CNPq Project for EPAMIG. The following year, they worked as a System Analyst for FAEPE. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Project Manager and Senior Analyst for Devex Mining. Finally, they were the CEO of Tbit from 2009 to present.

Igor Chalfoun completed a Bachelor of Computer Science from the Universidade Federal de Lavras in 2004. Igor then went on to pursue an Executive MBA in IT Governance at the same university, graduating in 2009. In 2015, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gestão de Negócios from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
