Stephanie Estey has a wealth of experience in the corporate and legal sectors. Stephanie began their career in 2010 as a Senior Consultant - Strategy & Transformation at IBM Global Services. In 2009, they were a Research Intern on the Monitoring and Evaluation Team for the Earth Institute at Columbia University's Millenium Village Project. In 2014, they were a Legal Intern at Her Justice. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Corporate Associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, where they specialized in highly complex technology matters and was an awardee of Legal 500. In 2018, they co-founded ALTRD, a tech-powered clothing alterations business with a social impact. This venture was featured in the Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, and StarterStory, and was one of three ventures selected to win the Tamer Grant through Columbia Business School. In 2020, Stephanie co-founded tbd health.

Stephanie Estey received their J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, a B.A. in Economics from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Economics from Barnard College. Stephanie also attended International School Bangkok.
