Steve Chang has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Steve's career began in 1994 as a Scientific Programmer/Analyst at Caelum Research Corporation, where they developed image processing applications for satellite image analysis. In 1997, they moved to Alcatel Data Networks as an SMTS, where they worked on the Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) development for the Alcatel network switch. In 1999, they became the Director at Armillaire, where they were responsible for protocol team and SS7 (ISUP and MTP3) and ISDN feature implementation. From 2002 to 2005, they were the Vice President at Quantway Corporation, where they were responsible for business assessment and product development of Quantway’s VOIP Wireless Phone and Gateway. From 2005 to 2015, they were the Senior Director at MiTAC International, where they were in charge of new business development in medical and healthcare domain. Since 2017, they have been the Vice President at TBCASoft, where they are responsible for sales and business development in Asia Pacific and Middle East for HIVEX Net, which is a distributed network system to provide transaction and clearing services.
Steve Chang obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from National Taiwan University from 1986 to 1990. Steve then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rutgers University from 1992 to 1994. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from National Taiwan University from 2013 to 2016.
