SeeNeng Foo has worked in the software engineering field since 2000. SeeNeng began their career at BroadVision, Inc. as a Staff Engineer and Staff Engineer II. In 2005, Foo moved to Yahoo! as a Technical Yahoo. SeeNeng then worked at Xora, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer from 2007 to 2009. Following this, Foo worked at Birst as a Senior Software Engineer from 2009 to 2014. Most recently, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at MagicCube, Inc. since 2014 and at TBCASoft since 2017.

SeeNeng Foo attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they earned a BSc in Computer Science.
