Richard Flanagan has extensive experience in various roles within TBC Corporation and Carroll Tire Company. Richard currently holds the position of Senior Director, Equipment & Non-Tire Sales at TBC Corporation, where they are responsible for building and managing the new Equipment & Non-Tire Sales division. Prior to this, Richard served as the Director of Equipment & Non-Tire Sales and Senior Manager of Equipment & Non-Tire Sales at TBC Corporation.

Before joining TBC Corporation, Richard worked at Carroll Tire Company, where they held positions such as Sales Program Manager, Marketing Manager, and Inventory Control Analyst. As Sales Program Manager, Richard managed the Non-Tire product category, focusing on capital equipment, tools, and supplies. As Marketing Manager, their main responsibility was managing customer purchasing programs to drive incremental sales growth and loyalty. In their entry-level role as an Inventory Control Analyst, Richard was responsible for maintaining inventory across multiple branches in the US for two major suppliers.

Richard Flanagan completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from Georgia College & State University from 2002 to 2006. Richard furthered their education by pursuing Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Georgia State University from 2006 to 2010.
