Nino Todua is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer journey management and quality assurance, currently serving as a Customer Journey Expert and Release Manager at TBC since January 2021. In this role, Nino has developed and implemented strategies to enhance customer experience, increased team agility, and integrated automated testing in CI/CD processes.
