Khikoyat Dadabayeva

Khikoyat Dadabayeva has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Khikoyat is currently working as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at TBC UZ since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Talan from 2017 to 2020 as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager.

Khikoyat also has a significant tenure at RBS, where they held multiple roles. From 2017 to 2017, they were the Project Manager for Western Europe in the Independent Commission on Banking Ring-fencing, managing the scoping and delivery of the project. In 2016, they were the RBS CPB Services Lending Operations Change Manager, responsible for strategic change and transition management. Khikoyat also worked as the RBS CIB Lending and Markets Operations Change Portfolio Manager, coordinating portfolio management practices and providing support to the portfolio director. Khikoyat held various other project management roles within RBS, including managing the wind-down closure of the RBS CIB EMEA Branch and being the Project Manager for the Qatar Business Growth project.

Before RBS, Khikoyat worked at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as the Head of Credit Administration Department and as a Global Markets Operations Senior Officer, providing operational support to the bank's investment portfolio.

Khikoyat Dadabayeva earned a Master's degree in International Economics from Tashkent State Economic University from 1997 to 2001. Later, they pursued a PhD in Economics at the Academy of State and Social Construction from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Khikoyat Dadabayeva obtained various certifications including Nintex Process Mapping Expert from NintexUniversity in April 2020, Managing Successful Programmes from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2017, and Prince 2 Practitioner certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice & BCS The Chartered Institute for IT in November 2015.
