Steven Beesley is an experienced professional with a robust background in software engineering and architecture, currently serving as the Head of Architecture and DevOps at TBA Group since June 2008. In this role, Steven has been instrumental in fostering a DevSecOps culture and managing CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps. Moreover, Steven leads a team of seven, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and has contributed significantly to major projects globally, overseeing requirements capture and user story development. Prior experience includes roles at Loughborough University focusing on digital video processing, EDS Corporation as a Sys Admin, and BAE Systems as a Systems Engineer. Steven holds a Master of Engineering degree in Systems Engineering from Loughborough University.
