Sofie Heidling is an experienced HR-generalist at TB-Group AB since August 2021, responsible for recruitment across Sweden, Norway, and the UK, while also participating in HR functions and the workplace environment committee. Prior to this role, Sofie worked as an IT-rekruterare, assisting clients in hiring a variety of IT professionals. Previous experiences include serving as a Recruitment Partner at Wrknest and a Butiksmedarbetare at Ica Supermarket Sabbatsberg. Sofie's educational background includes studies in Business Administration at Uppsala University and HR/Personnel Administration, as well as a high school diploma focusing on Social Science and Media from Östra Reals gymnasium.
