Richard Gaze is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Tazio since June 2022, Richard focuses on optimizing workforce engagement through innovative solutions. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Lead and Head Technical Lead at ESG, where Richard was instrumental in supporting energy sector solutions and managing secure infrastructure for smart metering. Richard also contributed to Accelero Digital as Technical Director and Systems Manager for over a decade, and began a career as Systems Administrator at Oyster Bay Systems. Richard holds a Master's degree in New Generation Computing from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Swansea University.
