Kim Murphy Horiuchi has extensive experience in communications and public relations, currently serving as the Director of Communications for Taylorsville City since September 2018, where contributions include strategic messaging as a key member of the Mayor's Cabinet. Previously, Kim worked as a Communications Coordinator at Cowdell & Woolley PC, crafting marketing materials and branding for the firm. Experience also includes editorial roles at the University of Utah, Deseret News, and the Associated Press, along with serving as a School Board Member for Canyons School District. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Utah State University.
