James Killen is an experienced professional in client services and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at Taylored Fulfillment Services since December 2017, following a role as Sr. Director of Client Services. Prior to this, James held the position of Sr. Director of Operations and Director of Client Services at Toll Global Forwarding between 2010 and 2017. Earlier in James's career, a managerial role in 3rd Party Logistics was held at Footstar from August 2001 to January 2004. James graduated from Hobart College in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
