Jeanette Kipina has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeanette currently holds the position of Vice President, Finance at Taylor Corporation since December 2020. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Advisory Board Member at the Sedler Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation from May 2011 onward. From October 2014 to August 2019, Jeanette was the Corporate Controller at ClarkDietrich Building Systems. Jeanette also worked at Frisch's Restaurants, Inc. as a Director from April 2013 to October 2014. Jeanette has experience as a Consultant during the period from June 2011 to March 2013. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Corporate Compliance and Audit at Contech Construction Products Inc. from September 2007 to June 2011. From 2003 to 2007, they served as the Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management, as well as the Risk Manager at the same company. Jeanette also worked at Computer Sciences Corporation as the Director of Performance Assurance from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they held various positions at Computer Sciences Corporation/Enron Energy Services, including Director, Deal Implementation/Strategic Accounts, Manager of Finance and Administration, and Manager of Contract Settlements and Customer Relations. Jeanette started their career as a Gas Accountant at Access Energy in 1991.

Jeanette Kipina completed their Executive MBA from Xavier University - Williams College of Business from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Portland State University - School of Business.
