Greg Groleau has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Greg began their career in 1991 at Rugby, Inc as a salesperson. Greg then moved on to Hancor, Inc (Citigroup Venture Capital) where they worked as a Regional Sales Manager from 1996 to 2000. At Hancor, Inc. (Citigroup Venture Capital), they became the General Manager from 2000 to 2004, overseeing sales, operations, and engineering with multiple US facilities and one startup facility in Quebec, Canada.
In 2004, Groleau joined Taylor Corporation as Vice President of Operations for Taylor Communications Secure and Customer Solutions. In this role, they held national operational responsibilities for five manufacturing facilities, focusing on critical and direct communication markets. During their time at Taylor Corporation, they also served as the General Manager of Regional Operations, responsible for a start-up operation in Louisville, KY, as well as other regional facilities throughout the eastern United States. Greg later became the General Manager of Warehousing and Distribution, overseeing a national distribution organization with 26 locations.
Most recently, Groleau joined Venture Solutions Inc in 2017 as the Vice President of Operations. In this position, they have national operational responsibility for five manufacturing facilities, providing solutions in the critical communications and direct marketing markets. Greg is known for achieving operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ISO 9001 certified facilities, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Greg Groleau attended the Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2001 to 2002, where they completed the Executive Management Program in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, from 1980 to 1982, they studied Political Science/Economics at the University of Southern Maine. Before their time at the University of Southern Maine, from 1978 to 1980, they also studied Political Science and Government at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
