David Neel currently serves as the Residence Hall Director at Taylor University since July 2023 and has held the position of Teaching Pastor at Union Church Noblesville since June 2021. David Neel earned a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Asbury Theological Seminary between August 2015 and May 2018 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Taylor University, where studies spanned from 2012 to 2015.
