Jim Hanley PCAM, CMCA, CAAM is an experienced community association management professional with a robust background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as General Manager at Greenbriar Oceanaire Golf & Country Club Taylor Management Company since May 2021, Jim has also held positions such as On-site Property Manager at Taylor Management Company, President at HOAMCO, Chief Operating Officer at Legum & Norman Community Association Management Co., and President at FirstService Residential Arizona. Jim's tenure at HOAMCO, recognized as Northern Arizona's largest Community Management company, involved overseeing management of over 235 communities. Additionally, Jim contributed to the Arizona Association of Community Managers as Regional Vice President and Chairman of the Board. Jim holds a B.A. in Business Management from Saint Leo University.
