Nadine Gaivis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nadine started their career as a Chef Executive Assistant for the Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine & Food Festival Volunteer Program in 2011. Nadine then worked at Levy Restaurants, where they held roles as a Loges and Suites Supervisor from 2013 to 2014, and later as a Beverage Coordinator from 2014 to 2015. Nadine then joined the Burger & Lobster Restaurant Group Limited as a Special Event Sales Manager from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they worked as an Assistant Manager (Contract) at the Heartland Brewery Group and as a Catering Sales Manager at Levy Restaurants until 2018. Nadine then joined RPL International as a Business Development Manager from 2018 to 2018 and later as a Recruitment Consultant from 2018 to 2020. Nadine also owned and operated their own business, Sobe Protein Bar, from 2020 to 2022. Most recently, they worked as a Staffing Manager at Randstad USA from November 2022 to January 2023, and they currently hold the role of Recruitment Consultant - Onshore Renewables at Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel starting from February 2023.
Nadine Gaivis completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Recreation and Event Management from Santa Fe College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Earlier in their education, they attended Henry Clay School from 1994 to 2005, focusing on Humanities. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Event and Meeting Planning from Florida International University in January 2013.
