Ian Richardson is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in helping businesses scale and achieve successful exits. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Fox & Crow Group and Managing Partner at Richardson & Richardson Consulting, Ian specializes in coaching and facilitating for entrepreneurs and their leadership teams. Previous roles include owner of Doberman Building Company and CEO of Doberman Technologies, where Ian gained expertise in tax planning, wealth creation, and business management. Ian also held a fractional CEO position at Managed Sales Pros, focusing on process optimization and sales strategy to support the company's exit. Ian holds a BBA in Management and Information Technology from Northwood University and an AS in Computer Networking from Lansing Community College.
