Shae Stancil has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career at Reynolds Lake Oconee in 1998 as a Tournament Director, where they were responsible for organizing and managing various events. After that, they joined Champions Retreat Golf Club in 2004 as the Head Golf Professional, where they developed and directed the event schedule and managed a full-time staff. In 2010, Shae joined TaxSlayer, LLC, initially as a PMO Project Manager and later became the Director of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for leading and motivating project teams, ensuring adherence to the SDLC process, and aligning with the company's goals and strategic initiatives. Shae's experience demonstrates their expertise in event management, team leadership, and operational oversight.
Shae Stancil has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Georgia. In 2002, they pursued their professional golf management education and received the PGA Class A Membership from the PGA of America. Later, in 2013, Shae went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Georgia College & State University.
Additionally, they obtained the Enrolled Agent (EA) certification from the Internal Revenue Service in April 2014. This certification showcases their expertise in tax law and allows their to represent clients before the IRS. Moreover, they achieved the PGA Class A certification from the PGA of America in April 2001, which is a notable accomplishment in the field of professional golf management.
